Chantal Hayes is a bilingual Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor with a private practice in Windsor, Ontario. As the founder of Berry Intuitive Nutrition, she mostly sees clients virtually throughout Ontario.

Her focus is on guiding adults (18+) with a history of chronic dieting as they work on strengthening their relationship with food, mind and body. Her approach to nutrition counselling is weight-inclusive, always keeping her clients’ inner wisdom front and center.
